Sample questions

Every question you purchase in the Opinion Counts program buys you 20-seconds to ask your question in any of the scheduled Opinion Counts surveys.  If your question is longer than 20 seconds you can use two questions for a 40-second block, and so on.  What can you ask in 20-seconds?  Here are some examples of questions you could ask…

“Do you think you will be supporting or opposing a constitutional amendment to prohibit benefits for same sex partners of public employees?”

“In other parts of the country, city governments have passed laws that require employers to pay a “living wage” that is higher than the minimum wage.  Do you support or oppose the idea of a “living wage” law for Anchorage?”

“I am going to read you a list of names of public figures.  On a scale of 1 to 5, can you please tell me how you feel about them with 1 being very negative and 5 being very positive?”   (Each name read would count as one question)

“Do you approve or disapprove of the performance of Governor Palin?”
