About Alaska Panel
What is Alaska Panel? Alaska Panel is a research community for Alaska residents. Members share their opinions on local studies and surveys and earn rewards for the ones they complete. It's operated by Hays Research Group, an Alaska-based market research firm.
Who can join? You must be 18 or older and an Alaska resident. A valid phone number is required to verify your account.
Is it free? Yes. Joining and taking part is free, and there's no obligation to complete any particular study.
Getting started
How do I sign up? Download the app, create an account with your email (or continue with Google), verify your phone number, and answer a few short profile questions so we can match you to relevant studies.
Why do you need my phone number? We verify your phone number to confirm you're a real Alaska resident and to keep the panel high quality. We send a one-time code by text message.
I didn't receive my verification code. Wait a moment and tap Resend (there's a short cooldown between requests). Double-check the number you entered and your signal. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Studies and surveys
How do I get studies? You'll be notified when a study you qualify for becomes available. Eligibility is based on the profile information you provide.
Why don't I see any studies? If there are no studies available, it means none currently match your profile. New studies are added regularly, so check back.
How long do surveys take? Most studies are short, and the estimated time is shown before you begin.
Rewards
How do rewards work? When you complete a qualifying study, you earn a reward. Rewards are delivered electronically to the email on your account.
When will I get my reward? Rewards are issued after your responses are confirmed, which can take a short time. If you completed a study and haven't received your reward, contact us with your account email and the study name.
Account and privacy
How is my information used and protected? Your responses are used for research, and we handle your information securely. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
How do I update my profile? You can update your profile information in the app at any time.
How do I manage notifications? You can turn push notifications on or off in your device settings.
How do I delete my account? You can request account deletion from within the app, or by emailing us. We'll remove your information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
The app won't load or keeps crashing. Make sure you're on the latest version, restart the app, and check your internet connection. If the problem continues, contact us with your device model and operating system version.
I forgot my password. Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it, or contact us if you need help.
